Withdrawal Period and Return Conditions

Within the framework of distance selling to consumers falling under the scope of the Law of 6 April 2010, the Customer has the right to inform the seller that he or she withdraws from the purchase, without payment of a penalty and without giving any reason, within 14 (fourteen) days from the day following delivery.

If the consumer exercises this right, they must return the goods in their original condition, with the original labels, unused, and in the original packaging, at their own risk and expense, to:

Unpaid return shipments will not be accepted.

The return shipment will be inspected by AQUALEX. After a successful inspection, the item will be reimbursed to you. You can expect a refund to your account within 2 (two) weeks. Items returned after 14 days are not eligible for a refund.

Orders paid with a gift card will never be refunded in cash in the event of a return. A new gift card will be issued. The provisions of this article apply only to Customers who purchase items online from AQUALEX as consumers.

If the returned product has decreased in value in any way, AQUALEX reserves the right to hold the Customer liable and claim compensation for any reduction in value of the goods resulting from the Customer’s use of the goods beyond what is necessary to establish the nature, characteristics, and functioning of the goods.
