RETURNS
Not satisfied with your purchase? No problem! You can return your order within 30 days of receipt. Register your return via your Shopify account, and we will confirm your return and send you a return label.
After receiving your return, we will inspect the items. If everything is in order, the amount for the returned products will be refunded to your account within 2 weeks. We will keep you updated via email on the status of your return and refund.
Samples are refunded in the form of a voucher.
Items returned after 30 days are not eligible for a refund.
Damaged order? Wrong product received? Other issues?
Please email us within two days of delivery at webshop@aqualex.eu, including your order number, contact details, and a photo of the damaged or incorrect products. We will send you a replacement as quickly as possible.
